Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Credit Phone Collections (Inbound/Outbound)
• Managing Accounts Receivables

• Reconciliation of Cash Sales and COD Accounts

Finance & Admin Supervisor

Remuneration: $80k to $90k per annum + Super
Permanent Position: Office 5 days per week
Business Location: Perth Eastern Suburbs

Our client, a leading Engineering solutions company with over three decades of industry experience, is seeking a proactive Finance & Admin Manager to join their team.

Your Role:
You will play a pivotal role in assisting the company’s decision-making process by collating, providing and managing accurate, up-to-date financial information for the business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration:
   Oversee the day-to-day operations of office administration.
2. Cash Flow Management:
   Maintain daily and monthly cash flows.
3. Creditor Payments:
   Ensure timely and accurate payment of creditors.
4. Debtor Invoicing:
   Prepare monthly debtor invoices.
5. Debtor Management:
   Pursue payment of debtors and process EFT receipts promptly.
6. Ledger Management:
   Finalize and balance all ledgers monthly and roll over to the next month.
7. Accounting Liaison:
   Liaise with company Accountants as necessary and assist in preparing year-end accounts.
8. Tax Compliance:
   Prepare and submit GST/PAYG activity statements and Payroll Tax.
9. Credit Applications:
   Process credit applications efficiently.
10. Payroll Supervision:
    Supervise payment of wages, superannuation, and insurances.
11. Reception Management:
    Supervise and allocate duties to the Receptionist.
12. Accounting System Maintenance:
    Maintain the in-house accounting system.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge: Sound understanding of accounting and general office systems.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with Directors, internal staff, and external clients.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in commercial systems, MS Excel, Word, and Email.
