The Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman (SBFEO) has announced a review of payment times to measure the impact of late or extended payment practices on the cash flow of small businesses and family enterprises.
As part of the review they are conducting a brief survey of small and family businesses to get insights into the prevalence of this activity, its impact on cash flow and consequently on business operations and growth.
We know that this is an issue for many of our small business members. If you are a small business or family enterprise and would like to share your insights into payment practices and the impact on your operations we encourage you to participate in the survey before it closes on 17 November 2018 (end of this week).
